Communication with the Tax Administration—namely fiscalization and reporting—is carried out through the selected Information Intermediary. Equally important, the sending of your e-invoices to the correct address, as well as the receipt of incoming e-invoices, is also handled by your Information Intermediary.

Typically, your intermediary provides access to all functionalities through its own user interface.

However, if you use one of the supported intermediaries, these functionalities can be fully automated and used directly from the program. RIVA is “connected” to your intermediary and securely communicates with it directly to send invoices to your customers, retrieve incoming invoices, and report invoice payments. If someone sends you an incorrect invoice, you can reject it directly from the program, and your intermediary will take care of everything that is required.

There are many intermediaries on the market, and it is simply impossible to integrate with all of them. Unfortunately, each intermediary uses a completely different communication scheme as well as different processes. As a result, integration is demanding and costly, because in addition to software adjustments, extensive testing is also required.
